Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Boonne, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 5-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, you can log in to your Boonne account, view your order details, and submit a return request. If you wish to exchange an item, please email us at boonnefashions@gmail.com with your exchange preference, and our team will assist you with the process.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If the return is approved, refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund amount will be credited to your Boonne Wallet.

Please note that while we process refunds promptly, it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount in your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the refund, please contact us at boonnefashions@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
